Data Integrity and Confidentiality

 Upfront we execute the  Confidential Disclosure Agreements(CDA) and  Master Services Agreements (MSA).

IP Assigned to the client at the outset of the project.

We disable all USB ports of all the computers and restricted personal e-mail access in our working environment.

 Inculcated a culture for maintaining data integrity, IP, and confidentiality at the organizational level.

Intellectual Property Management

We ensure all intellectual property generated during the term of the project is transferred to the client.

We acknowledge the value of the intellectual property of our collaborators and secure by right cautionary measures around information flow and data management.

With QA department in place, we have written SOPs for LNB writing, IP policy, and guidelines

Data back-up, and data restoration SOPs in place to ensure IP protection.

External/Optical drives disabled on all project managers/ chemist computers and all client-related data stored in a secure server. Data access to the technical team is on a need basis.
